In 2016, McCarthy starred in The Boss, a comedy film based on a character which McCarthy had created in the Los Angeles Groundlings – a wealthy businesswoman “who goes to jail for insider trading, and struggles to reinvent herself as America’s new sweetheart when she’s released”. She has a boyfriend named as Ben Falcone when she has comes in the Film Industry. Later, she married to his boyfriend on 8 October 2005. This couple have 2 daughters. She do heavy exercise on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

She take dumbbell in each hand and walk around her gym to reduce fats in her thighs.

Inverted Pull Ups:

In this exercise ,she pulled up. This helped shape her arms,shoulders and chest.

Dumbbell Deadlift:

Using the same dumbbells, Melissa did 3 sets of 10 dumbbell deadlifts to work her lower back and glutes. She concentrated more on
maintaining correct posture with exercise.

She do simple exercise on Tuesday and Thursday.
